OK...You got a listing and you want to generate as much exposure as you can for it.  There are an almost unlimited number of websites that will let you place your listings there for free.  Why?  That is a simple question to answer.  If they get enough listings from enough Realtors on their site they will generate traffic and that lets them sell advertising.  Want proof that that concept works...what do you think Realtor.com is all about?  Look at their financial reports (as a public company Move, Inc has to publish this information) and you will see that Realtor.com generates hundreds of millions of dollars of advertising revenues each year. How? By selling advertising to companies who benefit from their huge volume of real estate related traffic.

But there is another way many of these sites (especially Realtor.com) generate revenue.  They give you a free "basic" listing for your properties and charge you to add enhancements to the listing information.

Automatic Follow Up

When a call is generated by one of your internet classified ads you immediately receive a text message with the phone number of the caller and the property address and price.  You can follow up with the prospect directly or just sit back and let our Follow Up Interviewer contact the prospect and qualify them for you.  Within seconds of when the caller hangs up one of our interviewers will be on the phone with them thanking them for using the system.  We want the prospect to see that we are SERIOUS about helping them. 

If this is the first time the caller has sued the system, the interviewer will ask them what they thought about the system and ask them if they have any suggestions on how we can make the system more effective for them.  And the interviewer will try to gather as much information about the prospect as possible.  If the caller has used the system before we will already know that and the interviewer will thank them for calling again and ask them what they liked better about the current property compared to other properties they have called about.  Again the interviewer will engage them in a conversation with the objective of trying to get the caller to let them transfer the call to either you for more information about the property or to our mortgage staff to get information about financing.  Either transfer elevates the prospect from someone who has raised their hand and identified themselves to someone jumping up and down and saying they are ready to do business.
